The room measures 19 square meters, is tastefully furnished, has 2 windows and a separate bathroom (6qm, freshly renovated, shower, WC, washbasin and window) plus shared entrance-hall and a very nice (2-person-shared) kitchen, furnished and equipped with the entire inventory you need. There is also a laundry room, a nice garden and a fitness room in the basement.
The rent is 550.- plus 70.- for building-related expenses and internet access plus 50.- for gas and electricity.
