Die Wohnung hat ca. 39qm und soll möbliert (aber ohne private Sachen von mir) unter vermietet werden. Neben der Küchenzeile, dem Bett, das Sofa, einem TV etc. verfügt die Wohnung über einen sehr süßen Balkon. Bei der Miete handelt es sich um eine Pauschalmiete inkl. Strom (100 kw/h pro Monat), Internet (100 mbit/s), Heizung/Warmwasser, GEZ und Basic-Möblierung.

Due to the fact that I have a professional assignment outside of Berlin, I would like to sublet the 1-room apartment for 6 -9 months with another option for another 3- 6 months.
The apartment has about 39sqm and should be rented out furnished (but without private belongings from me). In addition to the kitchenette, bed, sofa, TV, etc., the apartment has a very sweet balcony. The rent is a flat rate including electricity (100 kw / h per month), internet (100mbit/s), heating / hot water, GEZ and basic furniture.
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt gegenüber. der von mir sehr geliebten Marheinekemarkthalle, also direkt im Bergmannkiez. Zahlreiche Restaurants, Cafés und Bars laden hier am Tag und in der Nacht ein von Euch besucht zu werden. Mit der U7 und der U6 hat man zwei super Linien auch gleich um die Ecke. Das heisst man is auch mit den öffentlichen überall sehr zügig.

The apartment is located directly in the Bergmannkiez at the "Marheinekemarkthalle", which I love very much. Numerous restaurants, cafés and bars invite you to visit them during the day and at night. With the U7 and U6 you have two super lines right around the corner. That means you are very quick with the public everywhere.
Ich hätte gerne einen zuverlässigen Nichtraucher-Mieter, der mit meiner Wohnung wie mit seiner eigenen umgeht. Kaution beträgt 2 Kaltmieten. Ansonsten stehe ich gerne bei Fragen zur Verfügung.
