Hierbei handelt es sich um eine 1 Raum Wohnung mit gut getrennten Wohn/Schlafbereich, einer offenen Küche zum Zimmer und einem Wannenbad. Die Wohnung ist für mich eher ein Zweitsitz in der Stadt, daher ist Sie nicht wie üblich ausgestattet. Hat jedoch vom 12. OG einen wundervollen unverbauten Ausblick auf das Stadthaus, Rote Rathaus und Alexanderplatz.
BESICHTIGUNG können derzeit gerne war genommen werden, Online über WhatsApp VideoCall ebenso möglich.
ACHTUNG!!!
Eine Anmeldung, für das Amt, kann über diese Wohnung nicht ermöglicht werden.
- Induktionsplatte zum Kochen und eine Mikrowelle - kein Herd vorhanden
Kleiderstange, Bett, Sofa, TV und Küchenzeile so wie weitere kleinst Utensilien (Geschirr, Handtücher, kleine Aufbewahrungsbereiche, etc ) werden im Zeitraum der Untervermietung mit vermietet.
Gerne bei Interesse melden. Kaution so wie erste Monatsmiete sollte bereits bei Vertragsabschluss gezahlt werden.

I am offering my flat for subletting for 3-8 months due to a stay abroad.
This is a 1 room flat with a well separated living/sleeping area, an open kitchen to the room and a bathroom with bathtub. The flat is more of a second home in the city for me, so it is not equipped as usual. However, it has a wonderful unobstructed view of the Stadthaus, Rote Rathaus and Alexanderplatz from the 12th floor.
INSIGHT can be taken at present gladly was, on-line over WhatsApp VideoCall likewise possible.

Registration for the office cannot be made possible via this flat.

U Bahnhof Spittelmarkt so wie Stadtmitte in 3 Minuten erreichbar, mit der U2 gelangt man nach 2 Stationen direkt zum Alexanderplatz.

Supermarkets (Edeka, Lidl, Netto, Denns Biomarkt) in the immediate vicinity.
The underground station Spittelmarkt and Stadtmitte are only 3 minutes away, the U2 takes you directly to Alexanderplatz after 2 stops.
Wie bereits angekündigt, steht die Wohnung nur zur temporären Nutzung zur Verfügbarkeit da ich selbst für ein Projekt voraussichtlich 4-10 Monate nicht in Berlin.
Selbstverständlich besteht die Möglichkeit die Wohnung nach den mind. 4 Monaten für weiteren Monate zu nutzen, wie oben geschildert wird sich mein Aufenthalt vermutlich bis auf ein knappes 1 Jahr ziehen.
