biete hier, aufgrund eines Ausland Aufenthalts, meine Wohnung für 3-8 Monaten zur Untervermietung an.

Hierbei handelt es sich um eine 1 Raum Wohnung mit gut getrennten Wohn/Schlafbereich, einer offenen Küche zum Zimmer und einem Wannenbad. Die Wohnung ist für mich eher ein Zweitsitz in der Stadt, daher ist Sie nicht wie üblich ausgestattet. Hat jedoch vom 12. OG einen wundervollen unverbauten Ausblick auf das Stadthaus, Rote Rathaus und Alexanderplatz.

BESICHTIGUNG können derzeit gerne war genommen werden, Online über WhatsApp VideoCall ebenso möglich.

ACHTUNG!!!
Eine Anmeldung, für das Amt, kann über diese Wohnung nicht ermöglicht werden.
- Induktionsplatte zum Kochen und eine Mikrowelle - kein Herd vorhanden

Kleiderstange, Bett, Sofa, TV und Küchenzeile so wie weitere kleinst Utensilien (Geschirr, Handtücher, kleine Aufbewahrungsbereiche, etc ) werden im Zeitraum der Untervermietung mit vermietet.

Gerne bei Interesse melden. Kaution so wie erste Monatsmiete sollte bereits bei Vertragsabschluss gezahlt werden.

I am offering my flat for subletting for 3-8 months due to a stay abroad.

This is a 1 room flat with a well separated living/sleeping area, an open kitchen to the room and a bathroom with bathtub. The flat is more of a second home in the city for me, so it is not equipped as usual.
