Apartment zur Zwischenmiete für September-Oktober

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Weitlingkiez (3. Etage mit Fahrstuhl) eines ruhigen Wohnkomplexes mit schönem Blick in einen grünen Hinterhof.

Der S+U-Bahnhof Lichtenberg und S-Bahnhof Nöldnerplatz sind jeweils ca. 10min zu Fuß entfernt. Rewe ist ebenfalls gleich um die Ecke.

I am offering my 1-room apartment in Berlin Lichtenberg for sublet from September 6th til October 2nd . I will be on vacation during this time and am therefore looking for someone who is looking for a place to stay and, at best, will also take care of my plants :)

The apartment is 36 square meters and has 1 room with a separate living and sleeping area, as well as a storage room and a balcony.

The apartment is located in the Weitlingkiez (3rd floor with elevator) of a quiet residential complex with a nice view into a green backyard.

The S+U station Lichtenberg and S station Nöldnerplatz are both about 10 minutes away by foot. Rewe is also just around the corner.

The apartment is fully furnished and it is important to me that everything is treated well, as I am very attached to my apartment. Therefore, there will be a subletting contract plus a deposit of 500€.

You should not be allergic to dog hair as my dog usually lives in the apartment with me.
