Lage ist perfekt! Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz ist wohl die nächstgelegene U-Bahn-Station mit der U2. Ansonsten ist der Alexanderplatz in 8 Gehminuten zu erreichen.

Volkspark Friedrichshain, perfekt für den Frühling, ist ebenfalls nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Ansonsten Torstraße, Kollwitzkiez, viele bunte, hippe Bars direkt um die Ecke.

Es gibt drei Nettos und einen Edeka in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es mangelt an nichts.

The location is perfect! Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz, served by the U2 line, is probably the closest subway station. Otherwise, Alexanderplatz is just an 8-minute walk away.

Volkspark Friedrichshain, ideal for spring, is also only a few minutes away on foot. Plus, Torstraße, the Kollwitzkiez, and plenty of vibrant, trendy bars are right around the corner.

There are three Netto stores and an Edeka nearby. There's nothing missing here.

Die Wohnung ist zwar nicht mehr ganz neu, aber vollkommen ausreichend. Natürlich wird sie sauber und ordentlich übergeben, und ich werde sie für den Zeitraum freiräumen, sodass du dich zu Hause fühlen kannst.

The apartment is a bit older, but more than sufficient. It will be handed over clean and tidy, and I will clear it out as much as possible for the rental period so you can feel at home.
