We are looking for someone to take over my room in our lovely 3-person WG, right on Louisenstraße, in the heart of Dresden Neustadt!

The room & location

The flat is in a beautiful old Altbau building, right next to all the cool bars, cafés and everything Neustadt has to offer. BUT the room faces the inner courtyard, so you don't have all the noise from Louisenstraße.

The room comes with old furniture that has been passed down from one flatmate to another for the last 7 years. Just leave me, the previous tenant, 50€ for everything and you're good to go!

University easily accessible via tram 7 or 3

Three rooms, a cute kitchen and one cat (please don't be allergic!)

We have a very nice landlord and an old rental contract, which is why the rent is so cheap. Our general rule is simple: we leave the landlord alone, he leaves us alone, and everyone is happy.

Wir suchen jemanden, der mein Zimmer in unserer süßen 3er-WG mitten auf der Louisenstraße in der Dresdner Neustadt übernimmt!

Das Zimmer & die Lage

Unsere Wohnung befindet sich in einem schönen Altbau, direkt neben den ganzen coolen Bars, Cafés und allem, was die Neustadt so besonders macht.

ABER: Das Zimmer geht zum Innenhof raus, sodass man vom Trubel auf der Louisenstraße nicht viel mitbekommt.

Das Zimmer ist möbliert. Die Möbel sind zwar schon etwas älter, werden aber seit ungefähr 7 Jahren von Mitbewohner zu Mitbewohner weitergegeben. Lass mir als Vormieter einfach 50 € für alles da und die Sache ist erledigt!

Miete: 300 € im Monat, ALLES inklusive!

Straßenbahnlinien 13 und 7 direkt in der Nähe

Die Uni ist mit der 7 oder 3 gut erreichbar

Drei Zimmer, eine süße Küche und eine Katze (bitte keine Katzenallergie!)

Wir haben einen supernetten Vermieter und einen ziemlich alten Mietvertrag, weshalb die Miete auch so günstig ist. Unsere goldene Regel: Wir lassen den Vermieter in Ruhe, er lässt uns in Ruhe und alle sind glücklich.
