Hello,

I'm going out of my room and looking for a rental agent until October. My roommate Tim also stays in the apartment until the end of October.

The WG life so far: watch movies together, chat on the balcony and cook together.

A pleasant coexistence would be nice – for example, cook together or relax together to drink a coffee without someone having to retreat directly into their own room as soon as the other person is there. The apartment should remain a safe space where everyone feels comfortable.

The room does not have to be refurbished when you move in. But if you have your own furniture, it can be cleaned. Let's just discuss this personally! There is a desk, a bed and a clothes rack.

Interests/activities that you can bond with Tim (and me): life in Berlin and commitment to right hatred.

Our flatshare life so far: sometimes watching movies together, chatting on the balcony, and cooking together.

A pleasant and friendly atmosphere would be great — for example, cooking once in a while or having a quiet coffee side by side without feeling the need to immediately retreat to your room when the other person is around. The apartment should remain a safe space where everyone feels comfortable.

You don't have to bring new furniture when moving in, but if you already have your own, the room can be cleared out. Let’s just talk about it in person! A desk, bed, and clothes rack are definitely already there.

Some interests/activities you could bond with Tim (and me) over: living in Berlin and standing up against right-wing hate.

ich ziehe aus meinem Zimmer aus und suche bis Oktober einen NachmieterIn. Mein Mitbewohner Tim bleibt ebenfalls bis Ende Oktober in der Wohnung.

Das WG-Leben bisher: gemeinsam Filme schauen, auf dem Balkon quatschen und zusammen kochen.

Ein angenehmes Miteinander wäre schön – zum Beispiel mal gemeinsam kochen oder entspannt zusammen einen Kaffee trinken, ohne dass sich jemand direkt ins eigene Zimmer zurückziehen muss, sobald die andere Person da ist. Die Wohnung soll ein Safe Space bleiben, in dem sich alle wohlfühlen.

Das Zimmer muss nicht neu möbliert werden, wenn du einziehst. Falls du aber eigene Möbel hast, kann es auch geräumt werden. Lass uns das einfach persönlich besprechen! Ein Schreibtisch, ein Bett und eine Kleiderstange sind auf jeden Fall vorhanden.

Interessen/Aktivitäten, über die du mit Tim (und mir) bonden kannst: Leben in Berlin und Engagement gegen rechten Hass.
