The apartment is located directly on the Tower Street, Downtown Moabit. Turmstraße Metro Station (U9) and Tram (M10) are only 5 minutes away. Just outside the door, the M27 holds the 123. With her you are in 4 minutes at the S-Bahn station Beusselstraße (Ringbahn).

If you feel like walking, you can reach Bellevue S-Bahn Station or Tiergarten in about 20 minutes on foot. The path leads through beautiful streets and a bit along the Spree.

In the house below there is a burger shop, a kebab and an ice cream parlor. Opposite you will find good pizza and falafel. If you are still hungry afterwards: In one direction are the Arminiushalle, an Asian supermarket, a dm and the Schultheiss center with a huge purchase land. In the other direction, there is an Bio Company, Alnatura, Bolu, Euro Gida, pharmacies and much more.

Also a few nice cafes with good cakes are nearby. Everything you need is really fast.

Und wenn du danach immer noch Hunger hast: In die eine Richtung liegen die Arminiushalle, ein Asia-Supermarkt, ein dm und das Schultheiss-Center mit einem riesigen Kaufland. In die andere Richtung gibt es eine Bio Company, Alnatura, Bolu, Euro Gida, Apotheken und vieles mehr.

Auch ein paar schöne Cafés mit gutem Kuchen sind in der Nähe. Alles, was man so braucht, ist wirklich schnell zu erreichen.

I work 35 hours a week in kindergarten. Sometimes I look forward to talking to adults in the evening, sometimes I need a little rest. But I am a social person. But I prefer to look for the hustle and bustle outside instead of having it permanently at my home. I regularly go to the gym, like to tinker or scroll through Instagram. I like to eat or drink with friends. Sometimes I just do very little when I feel like it.

I am looking for someone who is reliable but still has a friendly and warm personality. Someone who wants to maintain a quiet, friendly and cozy home and a good contact with each other.

Ich, Elena (she/her), wohne seit 2015 in dieser Wohnung, erst als 3er-WG. Jetzt, mit 38, mag ich lieber eine 2er-WG haben. Ich entscheide mich trotzdem bewusst für eine WG, statt allein zu wohnen.

Ich arbeite 35 Stunden pro Woche im Kindergarten. Manchmal freue ich mich abends darauf, mich mit Erwachsenen zu unterhalten, manchmal brauche ich erst mal ein bisschen Ruhe. Ich bin allerdings ein sozialer Mensch. Den Trubel suche ich aber lieber draußen, statt ihn auf Dauer bei mir zu Hause zu haben. Ich gehe regelmäßig ins Fitnessstudio, bastle gern oder scrolle auch mal einfach so durch Instagram. Ich gehe gern mit Freund*innen essen oder etwas trinken. Manchmal mache ich aber auch einfach recht wenig, wenn mir danach ist.

Ich suche jemanden, der/die zuverlässig ist, aber trotzdem eine freundliche und warme Persönlichkeit hat. Jemanden, der/die Lust hat, ein ruhiges, freundliches und gemütliches Zuhause und einen guten Kontakt zueinander zu pflegen.
