Many university institutions, state institutions and ministries are nearby. The house is located directly on the pedestrian street. There are very good bus connections, the stops are within a minute from the house. Buses (606, 607, 631, 610, 611) travel in any direction every few minutes. There are also motorway connections nearby.

Es gibtsehr gute Busverbindungen, die Haltestellen sind in einer Minute vom Haus erreichbar. Dort fahren alle paar Minuten Busse (606, 607, 631, 610, 611) in jegliche Richtungen. Außerdem sind Autobahnanschlüsse in der Nähe.
