Insgesamt hat das Wohnhaus drei Etagen, mit einer überschaubaren Anzahl an Mietparteien. Man kennt sich vom Sehen und es passiert schon ab und an, dass man entspannt mit den Nachbarn quatscht, wenn man sich zufällig trifft.
Dein Zimmer liegt am Ende des Flurs. Als Special besitzt es einen eingebauten Schreibtisch mit Regalen. Eine Wand ist im Vintage-Stil (mit Putz und Farbresten)gehalten, die anderen Wände sind Basic mit Raufasertapete ausgestattet. Das Zimmer verfügt über 3 Fenster, so dass trotz der nördlichen Lage viel Tageslicht nach innen gelangt.
Es gibt die Möglichkeit das Bettgestell (ohne Lattenrost) und die Matratze zu übernehmen (auch bei ebay-Kleinanzeigen zu finden).
Neben deinem Zimmer befindet sich das große Badezimmer. Es verfügt über zwei Waschbecken (ja, du hättest dein "eigenes"), Badewanne, WC und Waschmaschine. Das kleine Bad am gegenüber liegenden Ende des Flures ist mit Dusche, Waschbecken und WC ausgestattet. Üblicherweise entscheidet die Lage des Zimmers über die Nutzung der Bäder - oder eine zufällig entstehende Rush Hour. :)

In die andere Richtung gelangst du zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten zur Elbe und den Elbwiesen. Weiterhin befindet sich das Herz der Neustadt nur ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Dort findest du Bars, Kneipen, Restaurants, Cafés und kleine Boutiquen.
Deine Lebensmittel oder alltäglichen Dinge kannst du wahlweise in der EckeNord, im Netto und bei Mustafa bekommen oder bei einem der drei Bäcker in der Nähe.
Wenn du andere Stadtteile erkunden magst, kannst du fußläufig die Straßenbahn (Haltestelle Alaunplatz, Bischofweg, Pulsnitzer Str.) oder den Bus (Marienallee) erreichen.

Du solltest uns Dreien gegenüber aufgeschlossen sein und auch kein Problem damit haben, wenn der Hund dich das ein oder andere Mal in deinem Zimmer besuchen kommt. Das ist natürlich kein Muss, wird aber zwangsläufig passieren, da wir eine Politik der "offenen Türen" pflegen und diese auch gerne beibehalten wollen [aber No Panic: der Hund wird nicht den ganzen Tag in deinen Zimmer rumlungern! Sie freut sich über sich die eine oder andere Streicheleinheit und zieht sich dann wieder in Doreens Zimmer zurück. Oder auf den Abstreicher im Flur. :D]
Wir wohnen hier ruhig und harmonisch zusammen und sehen unsere Wohnung als Rückzugsort aus unserem Alltag. Durch unsere verschiedenen Tagesabläufe, kann es auch mal passieren, dass wir uns 2 Tage nicht sehen - das macht uns aber auf keinem Fall zu einer Zweck-WG. Anstelle fester wöchentlicher gemeinsamer Kochabende, gibt es das spontane Glas Wein auf dem Balkon, Netflix+Lieferando auf der Couch, den Small Talk in Flur oder Küche (der letztlich 30-60 min dauert) oder einen Spaziergang an der Elbe. Sind die Türen doch mal geschlossen, ist das auch kein Problem ... alles kann, nichts muss!
Wir haben momentan keinen Putzplan, jeder sollte sich für die Wohnung verantwortlich fühlen. Falls sich die Haushaltaufgaben nicht gut verteilen, sehen wir es aber als notwendig diesen einzuführen. Keiner soll sich für 3 Personen verantwortlich fühlen. Es wäre also gut, wenn du schon WG-Erfahrung hast und dir Ordnung und Sauberkeit wichtig sind. Die Küche nach einer Koch-Session aufzuräumen/sauber zurückzulassen oder Gemeinschaftsräume zu saugen sollte dir ganz logisch erscheinen. [PS.: No worries!- auch wir kommen manchmal nicht mit unserem Leben klar, mal mehr oder weniger mit saugen oder Müll wegbringen klappt ;)].
Kommunikation innerhalb unserer WG ist uns sehr wichtig! Deshalb wäre es optimal, wenn du ein offener Mensch bist, der auch vor den unsexy "Orga-Gesprächen", die das Zusammenwohnen ab und an mit sich bringt, nicht wegläufst. Das macht ein harmonisches und verständnisvolles Zusammenleben viel einfacher.
