Wir veranlassen eine Kaution von 500 € und werden mit euch einen Vertrag aufsetzen. Wir erwarten von euch, dass ihr eine Haftpflichtversicherung abschließt. Das kommt daher, dass wir in Vergangenheit auch mal ne kaputte Waschmaschine mit Untermieter*innen hatten. Die will dann niemand zahlen ; ) und eine Haftpflicht hilft da!

Wir geben euch/dir die Wohnung in einem geputzten Zustand und erwarten den gleichen Standard zurück. ❤️
