Esto es porque una vez tuvimos una lavadora rota con subtenientes en el pasado. Nadie quiere pagar por eso ; ) y el seguro de responsabilidad ayuda con eso!

Wir veranlassen eine Kaution von 500 € und werden mit euch einen Vertrag aufsetzen. Wir erwarten von euch, dass ihr eine Haftpflichtversicherung abschließt. Das kommt daher, dass wir in Vergangenheit auch mal ne kaputte Waschmaschine mit Untermieter*innen hatten. Die will dann niemand zahlen ; ) und eine Haftpflicht hilft da!

Wir geben euch/dir die Wohnung in einem geputzten Zustand und erwarten den gleichen Standard zurück. ❤️

We require a €500 security deposit and will draw up a lease with you. We expect you to take out liability insurance. This is because we once had a broken washing machine with subtenants in the past. Nobody wants to pay for that ; ) and liability insurance helps with that!

We will return the apartment to you in a clean condition and expect the same standard of care. ❤️
