The street of my flat is very quite, as it is a dead end. The window of the sleeping room is even to the inner courtyard (with threes and open view from balkony to the Anita-Berber-Park). It's only 2 min. walk to the entrance of the park Tempelhofer Feld.

1 bedroom with 1 bed (140*200 size, you can use the guest bedlinen if needed), 1 living room with sleeping-sofa, bathroom (with bathtube), kitchen (with washingmaschine & dishwasher), balkony. The flat has 49 m2.
