3.5 rooms large, bright apartment w/ office till July 2027

My very large, super-cosy, three-room home is in the heart of Neukölln, close to Tempelhofer Feld.

The apartment has a charming feel, perfect for that "Home away from home". All the rooms are very large and there is no space wasted on any hallways. It's super close to the U-Bahn, Tempelhofer Feld, lots of great restaurants and bars, and well, anything you need.

The apartment comes fully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped.

There are blankets, towels, etc.

There is a very large office space with two desks (perfect for freelancers), and several couches.

There is also a walk-in closet (not pictured)

It has everything you want: Washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machines, egg beaters, can openers. But most importantly, a lovely vibe.

The apartment is in the back of the building so you don’t hear the street. It’s calm and quiet and you can see a nice tree in the Hof.

I will only rent the apartment to individuals or couples, as architecturally, the space is not good for a WG. And there is only one bed.
