WG-Zimmer in Reinickendorf

Hey hey,
Ich [Anja, 28] bin auf der Suche nach einer nicht rauchenden Mitbewohnerin (w ♀ ) ab Juli 2023.

Gemeinsam teilen wir uns eine 3 Zimmerwohnung in Reinickendorf.
Dein großes Zimmer hat 23m2 und einen zusätzlichem Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne. Tagsüber, aber vorallem am Nachmittag, ist dein Zimmer voller Licht und Sonnenschein.

Das Badezimmer hat ein Tageslichtfenster eine Badewanne und eine Waschmaschine. Die Küche ist ebenfalls voll ausgestattet mit einer Spülmaschine, einem Kühlschrankt, Herd und Ofen.

Das schöne an der Wohnung ist, dass man sich mit der Sonne bewegt. Am Morgen scheint die Sonne in die Küche und Bad und kreist im Laufe des Tages in unsere Zimmer, wo sie bis zum Sonnenuntergang bei uns ist.

Das ganze Wohnhaus ist nur 3 Stockwerke hoch und unsere Nachbarn sind sehr nette und hilfsbereite Leute, aber eher im mittleren oder älteren Alter. Daher suche ich jemanden, der/die selber auch eher ruhiger ist.

Vorzugsweise suche ich eine berufstätige Person (20 - 35), die an einer Untermiete für mindestens 1 Jahr interessiert ist.


Lage:
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, ziemlich grün, leise mit einem großen Park um die Ecke und einer Grünanlage vor der Wohnung. Sie ist sehr gut an die Öffis angebunden und Du bist in nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß in der U8 und den Bussen X21 und M21. In ca 10 Minuten kommst Du zur S-Bahn S25. Außerdem ist Netto gleich ums Eck, aber auch andere Läden wie Aldi, Lidl, Alnatura, Kaufland, DM sind in der Nähe.

Innerhalb von 5 Minuten bist Du sowohl am Kurt-Schuhmacher-Platz (U6) als auch in Wittenau (U8), innerhalb von ca 10 Minuten am Jakob-Kaiser-Platz (U7) und ab Gesundbrunnen brauchst Du mit dem Zug nur ca 30 Minuten zum BER Flughafen.

Ab Juni kannst Du gerne zur Besichtigung kommen und auch sofort einziehen, wenn Du magst. Anmeldung ist natürlich möglich.


Zu mir:
Ich mache gerade meinen Master in Kunst, ernähre mich hauptsächlich vegetartisch/vegan, lese und reise sehr viel und bin sonst auch gerne viel Unterwegs - es kann deshalb auch immer wieder mal vorkommen, dass Du ab und zu 1 oder 2 Wochen lang die Wohnung nur für dich hast. ;)
Ansosnten mache ich generell viel künstlerisches (Film, Foto, nähen, töpfern etc.) und koche und backe gerne und mag es mich mit neuen Dingen zu beschäftigen, dazu zu lernen - bin gerne spontan und eigentlich für (fast) alles zu haben.

WG Life:
Gemütlich, harmonisch, und easy mit Wein/Bierchen, lachend und freundschaftlich, offen, politisch und solidarisch find ich das zusammenleben viel besser - sauber und ordentlich darf es auch sein.

Together we share a 3 room flat in Reinickendorf.
Your large room has 23m2 and an additional balcony with a view of the greenery. During the day, but especially in the afternoon, your room is full of light and sunshine.

The bathroom has a daylight window, a bathtub and a washing machine. The kitchen is also fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, cooker and oven.

The nice thing about the flat is that you move with the sun. In the morning the sun shines into the kitchen and bathroom and circles into our rooms during the day, where it is with us until sunset.

The whole apartment building is only 3 storeys high and our neighbours are very nice and helpful people, but tend to be middle-aged or older. Therefore, I am looking for someone who is also rather quieter herself/himself.

Preferably I am looking for a working person (20 - 35) who is interested in subletting for at least 1 year.


Location:
The flat is in a quiet residential area, green, quiet with a large park around the corner and a green area in front of the flat. It is very well connected to the public transport system and you can reach the U8 and the buses X21 and M21 in only 3 minutes on foot. In about 10 minutes you can reach the S-Bahn S25. Netto is just around the corner, but other shops such as Aldi, Lidl, Alnatura, Kaufland and DM are also nearby.

Within 5 minutes you are at Kurt-Schuhmacher-Platz (U6) as well as in Wittenau (U8), within 10 minutes at Jakob-Kaiser-Platz (U7) and from Gesundbrunnen you only need about 30 minutes by train to BER airport.

You are welcome to come for a viewing from June and you can immediately move in with official Anmeldung


About me:
I'm currently doing my master's degree in art, eat a mainly vegetarian/vegan diet, read and travel a lot and otherwise like to be on the road a lot - so it can also happen that you have the flat just for yourself for 1 or 2 weeks every now and then ;)
Apart from that, I generally do a lot of artistic things (film, photography, sewing, pottery, etc.) and like to cook and bake and keep myself busy with new things, learn new things - I like to be spontaneous and actually available for (almost) everything.

WG Life:
Cosy, harmonious, and easy with wine/beer, laughing and friendly, open, political and solidary I find living together much better - it may also be clean and tidy.
