ich vermiete meine Wohnung befristet für 4 Monate ab sofort (November oder Dezember 2026) bis Mitte März 2027 während meines Auslandsaufenthaltes.
Die Wohnung wird nur für den kompletten Zeitraum untervermietet (mind. 3,5 Monate)
Eine Anmeldung ist bei Bedarf gern möglich.

Die Wohnung liegt in ruhiger Lage ca. 7 Gehminuten zwischen S-Nöldnerplatz und S-Bahnhof Lichtenberg.
Sie liegt in der 4. und obersten Etage und verfügt über 2 Zimmer, Küche, Bad, Flur und Balkon mit insgesamt ca. 53 m2 und wird komplett möbliert angeboten.
Der Mietpreis liegt bei 950 € warm pro Monat.
Darin ist auch ein Internetanschluss (100 Mbps) und die komplette Möblierung enthalten.
Als Kaution sind 1000 € zu hinterlegen.

Ich wünsche mir einen ruhigen und zuverlässigen Zwischenmieter, der auch meinen Nachbarn nicht zur Last fällt
Und es wäre schön, wenn Du meinen Pflanzen in meiner Abwesenheit einmal im Monat etwas Wasser geben könntest.

I am renting out my apartment for a fixed period of 4 months—starting immediately (November or December 2026) and running until mid-March 2027—while I am abroad.
The apartment is available for the entire duration only (a minimum of 3.5 months).
Official registration (*Anmeldung*) is possible if needed.

The apartment is located in a quiet area, about a 7-minute walk from both the S-Nöldnerplatz and S-Lichtenberg S-Bahn stations.
Situated on the 4th (top) floor, it consists of 2 rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, a hallway, and a balcony—totaling approximately 53 m2—and comes fully furnished.
The monthly rent is €950 (all-inclusive/warm rent).
This includes internet access (100 Mbps) and all furnishings.
A security deposit of €1,000 is required.

I am looking for a quiet and reliable subtenant who will be considerate of my neighbors.
Also, it would be great if you could water my plants once a month while I’m away.
