*Inmediatamente gratis* apartamento tranquilo con balcón durante 4 meses alquiler intermedio desde noviembre/diciembre *sofort frei* ruhige Wohnung mit Balkon für 4 Monate Zwischenmiete ab November/Dezember

Hallo Du,

Martin

Hello,

I am renting out my apartment for a fixed period of 4 months—starting immediately (November or December 2026) and running until mid-March 2027—while I am abroad.
The apartment is available for the entire duration only (a minimum of 3.5 months).
Official registration (*Anmeldung*) is possible if needed.

The apartment is located in a quiet area, about a 7-minute walk from both the S-Nöldnerplatz and S-Lichtenberg S-Bahn stations.
Situated on the 4th (top) floor, it consists of 2 rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, a hallway, and a balcony—totaling approximately 53 m2—and comes fully furnished.
The monthly rent is €950 (all-inclusive/warm rent).
This includes internet access (100 Mbps) and all furnishings.
A security deposit of €1,000 is required.

I am looking for a quiet and reliable subtenant who will be considerate of my neighbors.
Also, it would be great if you could water my plants once a month while I’m away.

If this sounds like a good fit for you, please send me a message with a few personal details about yourself.

I will then get back to you shortly to arrange a viewing, if applicable :)

Best regards,

Martin
