Hey! Da wir im Urlaub sind, stellen wir unsere gemütliche Wohnung in Schöneberg für eine Zwischenmiete zur Verfügung. Der Preis für den Zeitraum 02.09.2026 bis 20.09.2026.

Das erwartet dich:
- Zimmer: 1 Schlafzimmer + 1 Wohnzimmer mit bequemer Schlafcouch
- Küche & Bad: Voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne zum Entspannen
- Balkon mit Blick über Berlin (die Wohnung ist im 5. Stock ohne Aufzug)

Gesucht: Da es unser Zuhause ist, suchen wir jemanden, der sehr verantwortungsvoll und achtsam damit umgeht, leise ist und die Pflanzen gießt.

Wenn das passend für dich klingt, meld dich gerne, warum du in Berlin bist und schreib kurz etwas über dich. Wir können super unkompliziert einen Videocall für eine kleine Roomtour machen und alle Fragen klären.

Hey! As we’re on holiday, we’re making our cosy flat in Schöneberg available for a short-term let. The price for the period second of september 2026 until 20th of September 2026.

Here’s what you can expect:
- Rooms: 1 bedroom + 1 living room with a comfortable sofa bed
- Kitchen & bathroom: A fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a bath for relaxing
- balcony (the apartment is located on the 5th floor without elevator)

What we’re looking for: As this is our home, we’re looking for someone who’ll treat it with great care and respect, keep it quiet and water the plants.
