Ich suche eine zuverlässige Person zur befristeten Untervermietung meiner ca. 60 m2 großen Wohnung in Berlin-Gesundbrunnen.

Zeitraum: 15.09.2026 bis 14.08.2027
Miete: 900 € monatlich – inklusive aller Nebenkosten, Strom, Gas und Internet

Da ich momentan außerhalb Berlins arbeite, hast du die Wohnung die meiste Zeit für dich. Etwa alle zwei Wochen bin ich kurz in Berlin und würde dann auf der Couch übernachten. Die Termine spreche ich selbstverständlich frühzeitig mit dir ab.

I am looking for a reliable person to temporarily sublet my approximately 60 m2 apartment in Berlin-Gesundbrunnen.

Rental period: 15 September 2026 to 14 August 2027
Rent: €900 per month, including all utilities, electricity, gas and internet

As I currently work outside Berlin, you would have the apartment to yourself most of the time. Approximately every two weeks, I will be in Berlin for a short stay and sleep on the couch. Of course, I will coordinate the dates with you well in advance.
