Einmaliges Angebot. Wohnen direkt beim Schloss Nymphenburg!
Mit meiner Mitbewohnerin lösen wir unsere WG aus und so sucht diese super Wohnung einen Nachmieter. Du solltest den Vertrag bereits zum 01.05. unterschreiben. Wohnung ist super geschnitten - zwei separaten Zimmern (auf den Fotos ist nun das kleinere, das große sieht genauso aus - ist aber einfach viel größer).
In kompletter Wohnung (außer dem Bad, Küche) ist Laminat, was die Atmosphäre sehr gemütlich macht. Die Wohnung hat eine recht große Küche, Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine, einen Keller, und ein Bad mit Badewanne.

Bitte beachte, dass die Wohnung kein Balkon ist und die Zimmer richten zur Hauptstr. - was für viele Laut sein kann. Ich hatte damit aber nie Probleme.

Vor dem Wohnung gibt's ein Abstellplatz für die Fahrräder.

Super zentrale Lage in München-Neuhausen und somit in einem der schönsten Stadtteile Münchens. Die 2-Zimmerwohnung ist in der Nähe der Tram 16 und 17 (Romanplatz und Schloss Nymphenburg) und auch nur 2-Busminuten entfernt (51). Wenn du Läuferin bist, gibt es verschiedene Joggingstrecken am Kanal entlang. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur 5 min zu Fuß entfernt. In 10 Min. bist du auf HBF und im 20min im Zentrum mit Tram.

Die Wohnung wird natürlich unmöbliert vermietet - hier kommt aber die Ablöse für die Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, evtl. Schrank, usw. (Das wird alles noch vereinbart).
