I'm relocating to a different city and in search of a new tenant for my charming apartment. Nestled within a historic house, this cozy residence is conveniently located about 15 minutes from the city center and the main campus. I've had nothing but positive experiences with both the landlord and neighbors, making it an ideal place to call home.
The apartment features a compact kitchen, a shower, and a comfortable living space. I'm want to leave my furniture in place, including a bed, table with chairs, and a wardrobe for a fee of €150. Additionally, I'm selling my washing machine for €50. If desired, I can also leave behind some cutlery and other living essentials at no extra cost. I would like the incoming tenant to take over my Vodafone GigaZuhause 50 DSL internet contract, which has proven to work very well.
Currently, I pay a total of €330 for rent, heating, and electricity combined. However, the interested tenant will need to discuss the exact pricing details directly with the landlord.
