The room is 15m2 big and has a private bathroom with toilette, sink and shower. You’ll share the kitchen with other students living in the floor, the atmosphere is really nice and all the people are really warm and welcoming.
The room is very lighted and quiet and furnished with all you need. The washing and drying machines are located in the basement, additional services are a room with gym, a cinema and a printer and a small library.
***TO READ***
1. The room can ONLY be subletted to regular students or students from abroad partecipating in an Erasmus program at a university in aachen.
2. The room can be subletted for 3 to 4 months within the above indicated period, the start and end date of the sublet is flexible. There is also the possibility to start/end the sublet some days before/after the indicated period. City registration possible.
The Kullenhof dorm is located in a very quiet neighbourhood, surrounded by nature and very close to the netherlands border, which can be also reached with a 20 minutes walk. The dorm is well connected to the city center, there are 2 bus stops available, one at Uniklinik (7 minutes walk) lines 3A, 3B, 73, 33 etc. and one at Steppenberg (5 minutes walk) lines 25, 35, 45. The Mensa Vita can be reached in a 10 minutes walk. The closest supermarket is HIT, 7 minutes walk.
The room can be seen either in person or online (video-call).
The price of 265€ includes everything except wifi (7€/month).
