da ich bald aus Aachen wegziehe suche ich einen Nachmieter für meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in der Stromgasse in Aachen. Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein - mit einer kleinen Kochnische und einem eher großem Bad mit Badewanne. Ansonsten gibt es noch einen kleinen Balkon,
In der Nähe finden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker, Döner, Bushaltestelle und alles was man braucht. Auch die Uni ist zu Fuß nur 5 - 10 min entfernt. Die Straße ist allgemein sehr ruhig mit nur wenig Verkehr.
Die Wohnung wird ab Anfang Februar frei (je nach individueller Absprache) - oder auch ab Anfang März.
Bei Interesse schreibt mir gerne eine Nachricht und wir machen einen Termin zur Besichtigung aus.
