Hallo zusammen,
da ich von Anfang/Mitte Mai bis August nicht in Aachen bin, vermiete ich meine Wohnung für diesen Zeitraum unter. Was das Einzugsdatum angeht, bin ich flexibel. Entweder der 01. oder der 15. Mai. Was euch lieber ist.
Meine Altbauwohnung verfügt über eine komplett eingerichtete Küche, an die sich das Schlafzimmer anschließt. Dort befindet sich auch der kleine nach Westen gerichtete Balkon Richtung Innenhof. Ins Grüne gerichtet und gerade im Sommer richtig schön.
Ich vermiete nur an Frauen unter. Im ganzen Haus wohnen auf Wunsch der Vermieterin nur Frauen ;).
Die Wohnung liegt keine 500 m von der Schanz entfernt. Man ist also bestens an Bus und Bahn angebunden und zur Uni ist es auch nicht weit.

I am subleasing my fully equipped flat from the first of mai to the first of august (from 15 of mai to the first of august is also possible). The flat has a kitchen and a separate bedroom with a little balcony.
The flat is located in the center of Aachen. Close to a bus and train station. University is a 15 min walk away.
I am only subleasing my flat to women!
