Da ich ein Auslandssemester mache, ist mein kleines, gemütliches Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete frei.
Es handelt sich um ein Wohnheimszimmer im absolut coolsten Flur des ganzen Hauses!!
Es gibt im Haus nutzbare Waschmaschinen und Trockner (50 ct pro Nutzung), Backräume auf fast jedem Flur, Fahrradkeller, die Wohnheimskneipe und einen Sportraum.
Also falls euch das noch nicht überzeugt hat, dann aber die Flurnachbarn, die mir schon zu sehr guten Freunden geworden sind und jedem neuen Einzieher immer offen gegenüber sind ;)

Since I am abroad for my Erasmus I am looking for a subtenant for my room in Aachen.
It belongs to a student home and is located in the coolest floor there ;)
The room has its own bathroom and kitchen area. In the house there are washing machines and dryers that can be used as a member of the houses club. Furthermore there are ovens on nearly every floor and a small gym that can be used as a member.
If you are not conviced yet then my floor neighbours surely will ;)
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in 10-15 Minuten Gehwegentfernung. Genauso sind öffentliche Verkehrsmittel nur 5 Minuten entfernt :)
There is a supermarket 10-15 minutes by walk. Buslines can be reached within 5 minutes.
Alle gemeinsam genutzten Räumlichkeiten werden für eine einmalige Gebühr von 20 Euro freigeschaltet (Internet, Waschzugang, Sportraum)
The Club-Membership is around 20 € per semester.
