Das Zimmer liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe der Mensa Academica und des Ponttors an der Roermonder Strasse, geht aber auf die Hinterseite hinaus. Deshalb hört man von der Straße nichts und hat einen nicht zu verachtenden Blick in Richtung Königshügel. Das Zimmer hat große Fenster, Bad mit Dusche und WC sowie eine Pantry-Küche. Tapeten, Boden, Vorhänge, Fliesen im Bad und die Kochzeile mit zwei Kochplatten und Spülbecken sind bei meinem Einzug vor fünf Jahren neu ins Zimmer gekommen.
Die Verwaltungsgesellschaft (V.I.V.) ist direkt im Haus zu erreichen (Büro im Keller) und sowohl hilfsbereit als auch kulant. Fahrradkeller und Waschmaschine und Trockner dort dürfen von allen 12 Mietern benutzt werden.

The room is located close to Mensa Academica and Ponttor at Roermonder Strasse. It faces the backside however, so no noise from the street at all. The room has a glassdoor and window, prividing a not too shabby view facing Königshügel. The washing room with shower and WC, the kitchenette, floor, wallpaper, curtains were installed five years ago when i moved in. The company renting out the room has its office in the basement, they are friendly, helpful and available everyday between 8 am and 6 pm. The basement provides a room for bycicles and a washing machine and dryer.
