Zur Untermiete steht diese schön renovierte und zentrale Wohnung direkt neben der RWTH Aachen. Highlights der Wohnung sind die große Fensterfront (mit Dreifachverglasung, also gut isoliert), das schöne Echtholzparkett und die 3 Meter hohen Decken. Des Weiteren besteht die Wohnung aus einer Küche, einem Bad mit Badewanne/Duschkombination und einem Eingangszimmer/Esszimmer. Ich würde die Wohnung gerne möbliert vermieten, aber ich bin diesbezüglich flexibel. Bei Interesse besteht evtl. die Möglichkeit zu Mietübernahme.

I offer a beautiful, well maintained apartment, which is located directly next to RWTH Aachen University. The apartment has a large window front (the windows have triple insulation, so the apartment is always warm), a classic wooden floor and 3 meter high ceilings. Furthermore, the apartment has a kitchen and a bath with bathtub/shower combination. I would like to subrent the apartment furnished, but I am flexible concerning what to leave in the apartment for the 9 months and what not.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist für RWTH Studierende oder Promovierende absolut genial. Bibliothek, SuperC und das Hauptgebäude sind ca. 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, das C.A.R.L. Hörsaalzentrum 7 min. Ebenfalls halten sämtliche Busse direkt um die Ecke, sodass der Campus Melaten mit dem Bus ebenfalls in 15 Minuten erreicht werden kann. Rathausplatz und Dom sind fußläufig in 4 Minuten zu erreichen. REWE und Netto sind jeweils 2 min von der Wohnung entfernt.

The location is perfect for students and PhDs alike. The library, the SuperC and the main building are in walking distance and just 2 minutes away. The new lecture hall complex "C.A.R.L." is about 7 minutes away. Several bus lines stop in just around the corner, this way the Melaten research campus can be reached in 15 Minutes. The city hall and the Aachen Dom are about 4 minutes walking distance away. 2 supermarkets are about 100 Meters away.

Waschmaschine und Trockner befinden sich im Keller und können für jeweils 1€ verwendet werden. 120Mbit/s Internet und Router im Mietpreis enthalten. Bezüglich des Mietbeginns wären für mich der 1.April oder der 15.April ok. Die Wohnung ist leider nicht WG geeignet und kann nur an Einzelpersonen oder Paare vermietet werden. Gerne können wir einen Besichtigungstermin oder wenn ihr nicht vor Ort seid alternativ einen Skype Termin vereinbaren.

There is a washing machine and a dryer in the basement which can be used for 1€. A 120Mbit/s internet connection is a wifi router included in the rent. The rent term can start either on April 1st or April 15h. Unfortunately, the apartment is not suited for flatshares so I only subrent this apartment to singles or couples. We can arrange an in person or Skype meeting if you would like to get to have a look at the apartment.
