Ich mache von Anfang August bis Ende Dezember ein Auslandssemester und möchte deshalb meine schöne 1-Zimmer Wohnung untervermieten. Sämtliche Möbel und Küchenausstattung lasse ich in der Wohnung, nur meine persönlichen Sachen nehme ich natürlich raus.
Die Wohnung ist in einem einwandfreien Zustand und hat ein frisch saniertes Badezimmer. In den 580€ Warmmiete sind sämtliche Kosten für Strom (inkl. Heizung) und Internet enthalten, also kommen keine Extrakosten nachträglich hinzu. Es gibt keinen TV-Anschluss, allerdings besteht die Möglichkeit mittels DVB-T Antenne zu empfangen
Ein Waschsalon befindet sich auf derselben Straße, 100m von der Wohnung entfernt.

I will study abroad from agust until december. That's why I'm looking for a subleaser for my apartment. All furniture and kitchen equipment is going to stay in the apartment, so you don't have to buy anything.
The 580€ rent includes everything, so there will be no extra costs.
A laundrette is located on the same street as the apartment only 100 meters away from it.
Die Wohnung liegt ca. 300 Meter vom Ponttor entfernt. Bäcker, Metzger und Lidl sind alle fußläufig innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Tür.
Zum Audimax sind es 5 Minuten und zum Super C etwa 7 Minuten.

The apartment is very close to the center. Only 5 minutes to walk until you reach the main building of the RWTH. Daily needs, like bakery, butcher and supermarkets are all within 5 minutes by foot.
Ich könnte die Wohnung auch bis Ende Januar statt Ende Dezember untervermieten, falls das günstiger für dich ist. Ich suche bevorzugt eine/n Studentin/en, der/die mir die Wohnung ordentlich und sauber wieder zurück übergibt.
Ich bin tagsüber immer über Handy erreichbar, falls noch Fragen offen sind. Ansonsten einfach über WG-Gesucht eine Nachricht da lassen, mit ein paar Infos zu euch. Die Kaution von 900€ kriegst du natürlich zurück, sobald ich gesehen habe, dass die Wohnung im gleichen Zustand ist, wie ich sie dir übergeben habe.
