WICHTIG: Trotz die zentraler Lage, die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig.

Die Wohnung hat auch einen kleine Balkon.
Es gibt keine Waschmaschine im Gebäude, aber es gibt ein Waschsalon 8 Gehminuten von der Wohnung.
Es wird einen verantwortlichen und ruhigen Untermieter gesucht.

There is no better location!
The one room appt. ist in the Aachen Downtown, you can walk to the RWTH Central Campus (5 min), Shopping Center (10 min), Supermarkets (Rewe 2 min and Netto 7 min).

IMPORTANT: Dispite the central location the flat is really quiet.

EXTRA:
The appt. also has a small balcony.
There is no loundry room in the building but there is a loundry about 8 minutes from the appt.
