This is a furnished one-bedroom flat with kitchenette and separate bathroom. The flat is located on the 1st floor with a view of the garden (unfortunately not possible to use). The flat offers the perfect accommodation for one person.
The flat is equipped with a 140x200m bed, sofa, wardrobe, dining table and two chairs. As well as a small TV table with TV. The flat also has a kitchenette: two small hotplates, refrigerator with small icebox, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. Crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils are also available.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße unweit vom Aachen Hauptbahnhof und dem Maschiertor entfernt. Bushaltestellen sowie der Bahnhof sind nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Auch die Innenstadt ist in 15min fußläufig zu erreichen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ein Waschsalon, Restaurants und Cafés sind ebenfalls in der direkten Nähe.
Das Uniklinikum und der Campus Melaten können einfach und auf dem direkten Wege mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreicht werden. Somit bietet das Apartment eine perfekte Lage für Arbeitnehmer sowie Studenten in Aachen.
