The kitchen space is optimal for cooking and washing the dishes, I've never encountered any problems and cook multiple times a day. The apartment has a good infrastructure.

There is a big radiator in the living/bedroom space and a little one in the bathroom (replaced just one year ago with a new one), both get warm quickly.

In the basement there is a shared washing machine (It requires 2,5€ to have 170 minutes usage. You can easily use it 2 times in 170 minutes), you can also leave your bike there.
In the courtyard there are three big garbage cans that get emptied multiple times a week.
