I,Roya,as an international student am looking for a studio apartment with the size from 12-18 m2 with private bathroom,very small kitchen and internet access. My desired rental fee is between 200 and 300 euros per month including heat, water, electricity,telephone and internet. I want to stay for 6 month. However, this period will be flexible. As I am going to study in RWTH, Uniclinic, in Aachen,it is better for me to stay and live in a place near to uniklinik or the districts near to uniklinik. I will be in Aachen in 15th of September and I have to stay there since then. It would be appreciated if you could find me a proper apartment which suits me and let me know about the terms and conditions. if you know a landlord who has the apartment with these characteristic let me know.
