I am a graduation student from Florianópolis - Brazil, and I am going to do my thesis at the RWTH. I am 23 years old, and I am studying automation and control engineering. I am organized and like to maintain my place clean. I am looking for a single apartment near the university or in the city center. I need to find a place as soon as possible and stay until September, 2015. It is desirable for me:
- Furnished
- Rent and utilities expenses don't surpass 400 euro value.
- Washing machine, or a laundry near the building
- Internet
- Heating (it can be an electrical heater)
