One-room Request Urgently

Hi,

I came to Aachen last week for internship in FEV GmbH. I will take the internship for one year. So I can take a rent for one year or less. I am a male and 26 years old. I am a non-smoker and kind of quite and clean person. Usually, I will go to FEV company on weekdays and have some travels on weekends. Otherwise, I love doing some out-door sports in spare-time. I promise I won't make your room very dirty or in a mess and will keep your room very clean.

In terms of room, my expecting price is under 300 euros per month. The address is better not too far from city and better on the direction to Konrad-Zuse-Straße 1, 52477 Alsdorf as it is FEV company's address where I work. I don't care how small the room is as long as one person can live in it. Besides, it is better to have some basic furniture in the room so I don't need to buy as I only stay here for one year.
