I am an incoming student in RWTH Aachen and I am looking for a single room accommodation in and around the Area, I speak fluent English and I am learning German. My requirements are as below.
!) Unfurnished/Partially furnished is acceptable
2) Need a small kitchen (shared or un-shared)
3) Bathroom preferably un-shared
4) Rent must include all utilities including internet connection and washing machine.
5) Parking spot not required, but it would be nice to have place to keep bycycle.
I am a person who likes to socialize a lot. It would be nice to be in a community and I am excited learn a lot about Germany, its people and its culture.
I am not at all adamant on having a single room flat and I would also like staying in a sharing flat with other students/professionals.
I hope I have given enough information and I am hoping to get a nice place to stay in Aachen.
