I'm a Chinese student enrolled by RWTH of a master course. I want to rent an apartment with a bedroom, bathroom and small kitchen for long term(more than 1 year).
I have a blocked account with more than 800 Euro/month stable income, so don't worry about my money issue. I'm quiet and won't make any noises to disturb neighbors. I am clean and I have lived in boarding schools for 10 years, I know how to take care of my living space.
