Need long or short term accomodation

Hallo!! I am Soji Mathew Jacob (Age 23) from India and I have currently started my masters at RWTH Aachen University. Presently the classes are online however I wish to travel from India to Aachen in the 2nd or maximum by the 3rd week of December. But this can change depending on when I would get a room. I will be studying Masters of Science in Computer Aided Mechanical Engineering. I had wished to come early but as you know the pandemic has slowed down everything everywhere. I come from a middle class, South Indian, Mar Thoma Christian family. I am a fun loving person and I am genuinely friendly and kind to people. But I also realize and respect the social space and privacy of others. I wish to have a good career in the field of Computational Mechanics and Sciences. I have a never ending and always updating checklist of activities I really like doing which help me have a good work-life balance. I love playing sport. I usually play Basketball, Football, Cricket and Badminton. But I really like learning to play new sport. Though it has been quite a while I have a special interest in playing drums and percussion instruments. Music is a stress buster for me. Gospel Rock, Soft and little bit of Progressive rock are my favourite genres. I love to cook and am learning and improving every day. Apart from this I love travelling, trekking, cycling and also swimming. I do not smoke nor expect to do at all in future. I am a very neat and tidy person but also not too strict to demand ultimate cleanliness always. As far as German language proficiency is concerned. I can tell you that I might not be completely fluent but I am learning very quickly. I have passed the level A1 level at RWTH after preparing for about a month and currently attending the classes for A2 level at RWTH as it is a part of my curriculum. I am pretty sure that I would be way more fluent in a few months’ time. Well I am looking for a long or short term accomodation starting from mid December or in the 3rd week of December. My Budget is around 270 Euros warm (including all utilities) but would ofcourse look for the cheapest accomodation would get.

As getting an accommodation is very hard in Aachen, in order to maximise the chances of finding one, I have 3 of my friends along with me and together we are also looking for a house too, so even if you have a house/flat under 950 Euros warm, even then I would be really interested to apply for it.
