Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist 4 Minuten zu Fuß und ein Aldi ist nur 4 Minuten zu Fuß. Auch die RWTH Aachen ist nur 10 Minuten entfernt! Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr sicher und die Leute, die in dem Gebäude leben, sind meistens Studenten und sind sehr freundlich. Hey! I will start an internship outside of Aachen for around 1 month and I’m planning to rent out my apartment for this period of time! The apartment is perfect for students and single people! It’s fully furnished and has a balcony, a private bathroom with a shower and a kitchenette. The apartment is Newley built and it’s really modern, it also has a central underground heating system. The nearest bus stop is 4 minutes away by foot and there is an Aldi just 4 minutes away by foot. Also, RWTH Aachen is just 10 minutes away! The neighborhood is very safe and the people living in the building are mostly students and are very friendly. Moreover, the total cost includes WiFi, cold and hot water and electricity!
