Beautiful, very clean, fully furnished 1-Room flat.
It has a well equipped kitchenette, a trendy bathroom, a cozy sleeping and living area in connection with modern network and communication technology guarantees an amazing living quality! And there is still enough space to give your room your own style. It is located on the second floor and on the north facade. There is a huge shared terrace next to the flat, which you can enjoy the sunset.

About Furnishing:
The living area has one study desk with one comfortable chair, dining table with 2 chairs, 2 wardrobes and one console which you can use for decoration. Sleeping area consists of 120*200cm bed with additional storage. Well equipped kitchenette has oven, electric cooker, minibar and a kettle. You can also use my kitchen equipment that you can find in kitchen cabinets. Bathroom has a trendy shower with a huge mirror.

I have high quality studio monitor speakers and a 25' screen, if you want you can use it during the renting period.

Location and Transportation:
In the immediate vicinity, there are supermarkets (2mins by walk) and chocolate store, that's why the neighborhood smells like chocolate :) The bus stop is in 2-minutes distance by walk, and electric scooters always in front of the building. City centre is in 20-30mins by walk and 10mins by bus. West-Aachen train station is in 15mins and the student restaurant street, Ponttor Strasse, is in 20 mins by walk.
There is Aldi in 4 minutes and Lidl in 7 minutes of walking distance.

Miscellaneous:
The dormitory offers a pleasant atmosphere and offers an ideal home for single students, trainees or professionals. In the basement, parking spaces can be rented by additional cost and reservation. The apartment has a launch with a cozy bar, tv and study area. The shared laundry and the gym are located on the ground floor. If you have any problem the community and facility manager are available during the working hours and they are very helpful people. The neighborhood within the dormitory is also very pleasant. Most of the tenants are students or trainees.
