ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine 27.5qm Wohnung ab 1.4.2023. Die Wohnung ist super hell durch ihre 3 Fenster, hat eine seperaten Küche. Einen kleinen Flur in dem ein Einbauschrank ist und natürlich ein Bad, mit Dusche.
Die Küche würde ich sehr gerne drin lassen und für einen Abschlag von 250€ verkaufen. Der Herd auf dem Foto ist ausgetauscht gegen einen AEG Herd. Die Küche hat zudem eine kleine Spülmaschine.

Das Bett und TV Lowboard, Lampe und Beistelltisch wäre noch verfügbar, falls du davon was übernehmen möchtest, ist aber kein muss.
Die Wohnung befindet sich fußläufig 5 min von der City Galerie, Rewe, Kinopolis, Restaurants.
In 5 min ist man auch am Eingang des Schöntal-Parks.
Geheizt wird mit Gas (aktueller Abschlag 35€ pro Monat) und Warmwasser läuft über einen Erhitzer im Bad (Strom) (aktueller Abschlag 55€ pro Monat)
Waschmaschinenanschluss im Keller
Ich hätte auch eine Waschmaschine zu verschenken, allerdings ist der Griff kaputt und die Tür lässt sich nur etwas umständlich, mit einem Faden öffnen 😅
