Hello!
I have shifted from Mannheim to Aschaffenburg two months ago. After studying in Mannheim for two years (Master in Science from the Heidelberg University), I have shifted to Aschaffenburg for my work and have a very stable job here. I work in Kleinostheim as a Biomedical Engineer in the R&D department of a major company.
Therefore, I need an apartment for a long term. My current apartment in Mainaschaff, Aschaffenburg is for a short term, so I am looking for a new place from Jan 2013.
Requirements:
Studio Apartment with a Personal kitchen and bath. Ideal if furnished since I have no personal furniture right now. My Budget is 300 to 450 Euro/month (Kalt meite + nebenkosten )
NON SMOKER, Quite, Very Clean living habits, Punctual with Rent.
