Da ich eine abenteuerliche Reise durch Deutschland und die halbe Welt plane, außerdem beruflich flexibel bin, suche ich eine nette Person der ich meine 45qm² große 1-Zimmer Wohnung inklusive Mobiliar anvertrauen kann!
Die Wohnung ist in direkter Innenstadtnähe, 2 Fußminuten zum Stadtkern entfernt. Zur Nordsee fährt man ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto. Daher ist dieses Angebot an Leute gerichtet, die sowohl einen beruflichen Aufenthalt in Aurich planen, als auch an diejenigen, welche einfach eine Auszeit im schönen Ostfriesland suchen, oder, oder, oder.

Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenfalls. Der Supermarkt ist quasi vor der Haustür, Fußgängerzone und das Unterhaltungscenter "Carolinenhof" ebenfalls.
