I'm subletting my beautiful apartment in the heart of Barcelona for travel reasons. It's perfect for a longer stay in Barcelona. Perfect for 1-2 person also for remote workers. Very close to the port and Rambla but not noisy. Public transport, bus and metro, are only 100 meters away.
Rent 750 for 24 days in December. Includes a reasonable usage of electricity.
Tha apartment can be viewed until Dec.1st.
The apartment is modern, equipped with everything you need including a good aircon and fast internet. There is as well an OLED TV and a 27" computer monitor. You can sit outside and enjoy the sun but it´s not a private terrace.
The rental price is for 3 weeks and includes all extras (Energy, internet,...). The starting and ending dates are a bit flexible.

Very central, everything close by. 1 Minute from Metro L3 and Bus stops. The port is just 5 Minutes away.
