Das Appartement ist ausgestattet mit Küchenzeile (inklusive Herd und Kühlschrank), Esstisch, 2 Stühle, Schreibtisch und Kleiderschrank. Weiteres Mobiliar wie Bett, Regal und ein kleines Schränkchen, sowie einen Stuhl (Siege Bilder) würde ich gerne verkaufen.
Im Keller sind Waschmaschinen und Trockner (kosten extra) und es gibt draußen auch Fahrradstellplätze.
Die Kaltmiete des Appartements ist mir nicht bekannt. Denn es kostet inklusive aller Nebenkosten (Internet, Heizung, Strom, Wasser)(!!!) warm 439 € pro Monat.

Die Lage des Appartements ist meines Erachtens perfekt, es liegt nah zur Stadt (5 Minuten zu Fuß) und die Uni ist schnell zu erreichen (5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad). Eine Haltestelle "Justizpalast" ist schräg gegenüber, in 2 Minuten Fußweg. Auch ein Rewe und ein Geldautomat ist in naher Umgebung.
