Da ich in eine WG ziehe, suche ich einen Nachmieter für mein Zimmer im Studentenwohnheim St.Josef zum 01.09.15. Es wäre auch 01.08.15 möglich. Das Zimmer ist ca. 15qm, im zweiten Stock und sehr ruhig, da es zum Hof raus liegt. Es ist komplett möbliert mit Bett, Matratze, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, Schrank und Regal. Es gibt eine eigene kleine Kochnische und ein eiges Bad mit Dusche und WC. In dem Preis von ca. 245Euro ist alles enthalten alle Nebenkosten und Internet. Im Keller gibt es eine große Küche mit Gemeindschaftsraum und eine Waschküche mit Trockner und Waschmaschine.
Die Lage des Studentenwohnheims ist perfekt: genau zwischen Stadt und Uni. Man braucht ca. 5min zur Uni und 5min in die Stadt mit dem Rad. 2min entfernt ist ein Rewe, ein Edeka, eine Sparkasse und eine Apotheke.
