Schöne 1-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Terrasse in Studentenwohnheim mit toller Lage

Da die Wohnung sich im Wohnheim des ESW befindet, kann sie kann nur an Studierende und Auszubildende vermietet werden. Ich selbst bin seit knappen 3 Jahren super glücklich mit der Wohnung und werde nach meinem Auslandsaufenthalt auch wieder einziehen. Die Wohnung ist schön hell und mit der Küche als Raumtrenner sehr gut geschnitten. Alles befindet sich in einem super Zustand, weil auch die Wohnanlage an sich noch relativ neu ist. Zur Wohnung gehört auch eine Terasse. Ich würde die Wohnung vollmöbeliert mit allem möglichen an Inventar (Geschirr, Mikrowelle/Backofen, Drucker, etc.) für den angegebenen Zeitraum untervermieten. Waschmaschinen stehen im Keller zur Verfügung, wobei pro Waschgang ein geringer Betrag zu zahlen ist. Eine Spülmaschine gibt es leider nicht, dafür allerdings eine super angenehme Fußbodenheizung. Vor dem Haus gibt es genug Abstellmöglichkeiten für ein Fahrrad. Der Hausmeister hat sein Büro direkt auf der Anlage und ist bei Problemen immer ansprechbar.

Since the flat is in the ESW student residence, it can only be rented to students and trainees. I myself have been super happy with the flat for almost 3 years and will move in again after my stay abroad. The appartment is very bright and with the kitchen as a room divider, it is very well laid out. Everything is in great condition because the apartment complex itself is relatively new. The flat also has a terrace. I would sublet the flat fully furnished with all sorts of inventory (dishes, microwave/oven, printer, etc.) for the specified period. Washing machines are available in the basement, with a small charge per wash. Unfortunately, there is no dishwasher, but there is super pleasant underfloor heating. There is enough parking space for a bicycle in front of the house. The caretaker has his office directly on the premises and can always be contacted in case of problems.
