Ich biete mein schönes, sehr zentral gelegenes Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete an. Vermietet wird es voll möbliert mit Fernseher, Schreibtisch, etc. Die Wohnung ist schön hell und ruhig
Ich habe in meiner Zeit die perfekte Lage echt wertschätzen gelernt: zu Fuß seid ihr in einer Minuten im schönen Hofgarten, in einer Minute beim nächsten Netto, bei der nächsten Bushaltestelle und auch in der Innenstadt. Mit dem Fahrrad in die Uni sinds vielleicht 6 Minuten mit morgendlicher Fahrt durch den Hofgarten.
Wenn ihr wollt gibt es auch einen Garagenstellplatz dazu (für 30 euro). Auch inklusive ist ein Bodenraum.
