Ich ziehe ziemlich spontan um, deswegen biete ich hier meine Wohnung an und suche einen Nachmieter. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert mit kleiner Küchenzeile und eigenem Bad.
Ich ziehe noch im Dezember mit meinem Mann zusammen, deswegen ist die Wohnung schon so bald frei, wenn du aber zum Beispiel erst zum Sommersemester einziehen möchtest, ist das auch kein Problem.
Ich bin im Ausland, deswegen kann ich nur Emails empfangen, keine Anrufe oder SMS, aber ich leite den Kontakt dann weiter an meine Vermieterin. Astettin (at) gmail . com
Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Bayreuth, die Bushaltestelle Feustelstr. Ist zu Fuß 2 Minuten entfernt. Zu rewe, netto, dm, biobio und dem Brunner Bäcker sind es 3 Minuten Fußweg. In der Stadt ist man mit dem Bus in 3 Minuten und zu Fuß in 10. Zur Uni braucht man 20 Minuten mit dem Bus.
