Hello, since i have some issues in my home country Korea, i sublet this beautiful one-room to those who are in need. As you might find in pictures, i spent there really a great time and feel somehow sad to sublet this room to someone else. :(
The rental period let's discuss thru email.

The best thing of this room is that it is very close to the uni : 5 mins by bike, 10 mins by walk.
The surroundings here is very quiet and green :) You can go to Aldi in 3 minutes. To the downtown you may need to take a bus 315 or with a bicycle it takes about 10 minutes.
Monthly rental fee is 300 euros, and Nebenkost is around 33 euros. But unfortunately i don't have wifi there. You have to order wifi by yourself. For my case i spent most of times at uni, so i did not need it.
I can speak German but as i often make mistakes, so i wrote in English.
